The industrial sales representative will work with the HanAra team to identify software solutions to overcome existing customer challenges by being a solution, customer, and communication expert. Like all positions at HanAra, this will require the industrial sales representative to be passionate and to continuously improve and iterate strategies and actions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a customer, solution, and/or communication expert
  • Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills to provide technical consultation
  • Strategic and disciplined in determining and analyzing customer wants needs, and desires and crafting software solutions to meet requirements

The product support engineer is primarily responsible for performing customer and product support activities related to the installation, engineering, and use of HanAra’s industrial software. Like all positions at HanAra, this will require the product support engineer to be passionate and to continuously improve and iterate.

  • Network administration knowledge of Windows operating systems
